Training Tip 

It’s hard to believe but not everyone loves running! Truth be told, I didn’t love the idea of running when I started, but I loved the peace I felt as soon as I got outside and started. And now it tops my list of my favourite things to do!!

If you want to run, or do yoga, or barre class, or whatever it is you are thinking about, just take that first scary step and do it!! The fear of the unknown, is often what holds me, and I am sure you, back from reaching our goals. Take that risk, take that class, and just remember that everyone has to start somewhere! We grown when we take those chances, when you push yourself out of your comfort zone amazing things can happen, even if you fail, you stand back up and try again!! 

It’s only Tuesday! Get out there and take a risk!
