Week 3 in Workouts

It seems like I have zero control over time, which I guess is true. But some how the days and weeks fly right past me. My goals of intentional living are not going overly well so far this year, but I promise I am trying. 

Week 2- Workouts

Last week I was so happy to get back into the daily rhythms of life. While the holidays were great, there is something comforting about routine, and back to a weekly schedule.

Comfort Soup

This is one of the most temperamental winters I can remember having in a long time. Snow storms, to feels like -25 celsius to rain and green grass.  It is no wonder that the kids have colds we can’t beat, and our moods are gloomy. 

December Goal Recap

For the month of December I had challenged myself to run 100 Miles.  This was big for me, as I had only run one 100mile month in all of 2016. 

Welcome 2017

We are a week into the New Year, and boy has it been a crazy one.  Our oldest is still on Christmas Holidays from school, and we are doing our best to soak in as much fun, while getting the post Christmas clean-up done. Oh, and I’m still trying to find time to get my runs in, currently all about that keeping that base.
