Here is what this week looked like!
Last week I was so happy to get back into the daily rhythms of life. While the holidays were great, there is something comforting about routine, and back to a weekly schedule.
I’m sorry if you all get bored of those reviews, but I find that it helps with my accountability!!
My last week was low low km again, but this week I officially start my marathon training and could not be more excited/ nervous!
If I thought last week was bad, I’d say this week was worse. And that is not the feeling you want to have going into your last week of marathon training!!
Last week was our return home from vacation and a self declared “rest week”. I had lots of unpacking (vacation), and repacking (moving) to do. Then throw in a sick little one, my body just needed to rest.
While the marathon training plan I’ve been following had me run, run, run last week. I had to listen to my body.
